Join CCIAOR's instructor, Deb Martin, as she reviews the essential elements of a legally enforceable contract, the Statute of Frauds requirements, types and classifications of contracts, electronic signatures, and the role of attorneys. The course also explores the key real estate agreements licensees use—including listing agreements, buyer representation contracts, offers, purchase and sale agreements, leases, options, and contracts for a deed—along with contingencies, default provisions, and remedies for breach.

All attendees looking to receive State CE Credits must arrive prior to the start of the class. Per the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons “students must complete the total number of requisite hours. Breaks, tardiness or other interruptions are not to be included in the total number of hours.”
