Topics include licensing requirements, continuing education, brokerage relationships, mandatory disclosures, handling deposits and escrow funds, advertising rules, professional standards, and the Board’s disciplinary authority.

Also included is a brief overview of the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure’s new license renewal portal, eLIPSE, along with guidance on the resources and information you’ll need to ensure a smooth renewal process.

Per the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons “students must complete the total number of requisite hours. Breaks, tardiness or other interruptions are not to be included in the total number of hours.”
