How do I Search for Comparable Sales in CCIMLS (Videos)

To get started, be sure you have added the template(s) Comparable Sale, Resi/Comp Sale, or both to your New Search Gadget. Use the Ctrl key to select more than one template at a time.

You can also find these options under the templates drop-down on the top left of the page within the Quick Search.

Once you’ve selected the template to search by, you can now add the criteria for which you are looking for.

Note: Be sure to update the status to Closed when searching for Comparable Sale properties.
