The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® has released a new listing agreement, offering brokers additional options beyond the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® listing agreement.
As of August 12, 2024, the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service and the Martha’s Vineyard Multiple Listing Service require buyers to sign a written agreement prior to touring a property while providing buyer services.
