The recent storms have severely impacted many areas of Cape Cod. With Eversource estimating a 6:00 PM on Friday time frame for restoration of power to many Cape Cod residents, life and business is on hold for many. CCIAOR is making several resources available to those in need.

Potential Grant Resources Available for Anyone Displaced

CCIAOR has taken steps to make resources of the REALTOR® Relief Foundation available for those who are severely impacted by the storm and that require financial assistance for being displaced from their home. If you, or someone you know, needs this type of assistance please do not hesitate to contact our office. Free Wi-Fi and Charging Stations at the CCIAOR Offices

The CCIAOR offices at 22 Mid-Tech Drive are open and available to any CCIAOR member needing to use the facility to access the internet, charge phones, tablets and laptops, and for an area to conduct business. Conference Room A is open and available to any member who needs it through the end of the week.

Simply check in with the front desk when you come in if you plan to use the space.

Temporarily Off Market Status for Repairs

CCIMLS is temporarily suspending the 'written permission' requirement if you need to mark a property 'Temporarily Off Market' to make necessary storm repairs. You still should have permission from the owner to take a property off market.
