Remine Docs+
Remine Docs+ is a collaborative, cloud-based transaction management tool featuring customizable, end-to-end document creation, clause kits, e-signature, multi-party collaboration, document history tracking, and broker checklists.
Remine Docs+ is a new free MAR member benefit coming November 1, 2021 that will fully replace zipForm Plus. Access to the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Forms Library, the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® Forms Library, and MLS forms provided by CCIMLS or MVMLS will all be available within Remine Docs+.
Access to Remine Docs+ will be included as a REALTOR® member benefit at no additional cost, and replaces the zipForm Plus member benefit.
Archiving zipForms Plus
New transactions using the zipForm Plus system will not be available after January 11, 2022. Access to zipForm Plus will end on January 31, 2022. Watch the video below to learn how to download and archive your data from zipForm Plus before the January 31 deadline.
Users must download transaction data from zipForm Plus prior to January 31, 2022 or risk losing access to those transactions. Do not wait to download your transactions.

Members of CCIAOR can access the Remine Docs+ platform by visiting www.ccimls.com and clicking the Remine icon under REALTOR® Tools & Resources.
Members can contact Remine by calling (844) 992-2944 Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. You may also visit the Remine Support Center, which has several how-to guides and videos that can help answer your questions.
If your brokerage has their own account with zipForms Plus, you should still have access to this platform after the NAR member benefit expires. You should check with your broker to confirm that they will not be changing platforms.
Documents sent via the Remine Docs+ platform come from the address docs-no-reply@remine.com, so you may have your clients add this to their contact list to avoid their spam folder.

Watch this short video to learn more about exporting Transactions from zipForms Plus. There are no limitations on how many Transactions may be archived. However, if the file size you are exporting is large, it may take some time to complete.
