New Designated REALTOR® (DR) Member Requirements

Welcome to the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR)! We are happy you are here and look forward to being part of your journey as a REALTOR®.

As the Designated REALTOR® (DR) for your office, you are required to complete several requirements within 180 days of your join date. The purpose of these requirements is to increase knowledge, professionalism, and the preparedness of Designated REALTORS® in the ever-evolving real estate market. If you do not meet these requirements within the 180-day time frame, your membership, as well as any affiliated agents, will be suspended until the requirements are fulfilled, so make sure to get these on your calendar!

If you have any questions about your new DR member requirements, please contact Whitney McNamara.
