All new members of CCIAOR are required to complete several requirements within the first months of their membership in order to stay in good standing. If you do not meet these requirements within the allotted time frame, your membership will be suspended until the requirements are fulfilled. New REALTOR® Member Requirements

All new REALTOR® members of CCIAOR must attend New Member Orientation and take the Code of Ethics class within 120 days of your join date or membership will be suspended.

New Designated REALTOR® (DR) Member Requirements

New Designated REALTOR® (DR) members are required to complete several requirements within 120 days of their join date. The purpose of these requirements is to increase knowledge, professionalism, and the preparedness of Designated REALTORS® in the ever-evolving real estate market.
