New REALTOR® Member Requirements

Welcome to the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR)! We are happy you are here and look forward to being part of your journey as a REALTOR®.

All new members of CCIAOR must attend New Member Orientation and take the Code of Ethics class within 120 days of your join date. If you do not meet these requirements within the 120-day time frame, your membership will be suspended until the requirements are fulfilled, so make sure to get these on your calendar! Code of Ethics Class - must be completed within 120 days of join date

The Code of Ethics is the foundation of your REALTOR® membership. CCIAOR offers the class on a regular basis, and you also have the option of taking a pre-recorded online version of the class through the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR).

New Member Orientation - must be completed within 120 days of join date

New Member Orientation is held virtually via Zoom. At New Member Orientation, you will have an opportunity to meet our staff and leadership, learn about what we do as an Association, and get tips on how to access and maximize your membership. When your application was processed, you were signed up to attend our next New Member Orientation. If you need to change your registration for any reason, please contact Nicole Gaucher.
