CEO Update on Association Staff Restructuring and Promotions

In order to better serve our members, CCIAOR is undergoing a restructuring of the Association's staff into three divisions with a staff vice-president overseeing each division. The three new divisions are Programs and Engagement, Administration, and MLS. These new divisions will produce more member value, streamline our operations and save the organization money through more efficient operations. As part of the restructuring, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) position has been eliminated.

Along with the restructuring, CCIAOR is pleased to announce the promotion of two current staff members and a new addition to the team in order to manage the three divisions.

Marcia Stirling is moving from MLS Director to the Vice President of MLS. This title change is in line with her current responsibilities and reflects the senior leadership role in the organization that she has undertaken for some time.

Danielle Smith is being promoted from Membership Director to Vice President of Administration. In this new role, Danielle will oversee our company operations and facilities, our membership processes, accounts receivable and payable, human resources, board and operational committee management, and senior executive assistant to the CEO duties. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

Jennifer Armandi has been hired as the Vice President of Programs and Engagement. Jennifer started this week in the new role. Jennifer comes to us from her previous position as Strategic Growth & Sales Manager for William Raveis Real Estate in the Falmouth office. Prior to that role, Jennifer had a successful banking career at Bank of America and Cape Cod Five.

If you see Marcia, Danielle or Jennifer, please congratulate them on their new roles! As always, if there is anything you think we can do to better serve you, please let me know.

Thank you,

Ryan Castle
