Martha served as the 2018 President of CCIAOR and CCIMLS. She was named CCIAOR REALTOR® of the Year in 2016. In addition, Martha chaired CCIAOR's Leadership Academy Task Force, served on the Association's Finance Committee and Professional Standards Committee. She is a CCIAOR ombudsman and mediator.
