Last week, the Federal Housing Administration finalized rule-making for long-awaited reform to condo financing for FHA loans. Many of the changes secured in the rule are policies which REALTORS® have long advocated for and the final product will yield thousands of new homeownership opportunities, and help increase availability options for buyers.
