“Unprecedented” Amount of Homes Going Under Contract
Governor Charlie Baker has rescinded the Emergency Order extending real estate license validity. As a result, all licenses that were scheduled to expire between March 10th and July 10th will now expire on October 1st. Licenses expiring on or after July 11th will renew as scheduled.
On July 10, 2020, Governor Charlie Baker will be rescinding the Emergency Order that allows parties to agree to defer the smoke and carbon monoxide inspection until after closing. The rescinding of the order does not invalidate any inspection deferral that was agreed to pursuant to the terms of the Order during the effective period of the Order.
The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® today announced the first five recipients of the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist (CCRES) Designation - Annie Blatz, Jeffrey Clonts, Doug Grattan, Martha Knapp, and Paul Rooney. These REALTORS® are the inaugural group to obtain the CCRES designation since it launched.
