Richard Waystack Named CCIAOR's 2020 REALTOR of the Year
Richard Waystack has been named the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. Richard, a longtime leader and member of CCIAOR for 34 years, currently serves as the National President of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), a NAR Affiliate organization that offers the CRS designation.

Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist Designation Takes Off With its First 5 Recipients
The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® today announced the first five recipients of the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist (CCRES) Designation - Annie Blatz, Jeffrey Clonts, Doug Grattan, Martha Knapp, and Paul Rooney. These REALTORS® are the inaugural group to obtain the CCRES designation since it launched.
