May 2019 Market Report: Buyers Gaining Power as Interest Rates Lower
According to preliminary data released last week by the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR), 548 homes sold in May, 441 single-family homes and 107 condominiums. Median sales price was $427,000 for single-family homes and $286,500 for condominiums.
