CCIMLS Board Chair (2025-2026)
Greg Kiely has served as the Immediate Past President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and as a Director-At-Large for the Cape Cod & Islands MLS. Previously, he was CCIAOR & CCIMLS President in 2020, President-Elect in 2019, Treasurer in 2018, and served on the Finance Committee in 2017. Greg is also a graduate of the CCIAOR Leadership Academy.
Greg was named the CCIAOR and MAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2019.
Greg previously served on the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
The Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service (CCIMLS) is seeking external candidates interested in filling the role of ‘Industry Director’ for its Board of Directors in 2021.
CCIAOR recognized outgoing volunteer leadership and installed our 2020 Board of Directors at the 2019 Volunteer Appreciation Brunch and Installation of Officers, held November 22nd at the Oyster Harbors Club in Osterville.

The CCIAOR & CCIMLS Board of Directors approved the budget for 2019 at their board meeting last week. I wanted to take the opportunity to explain the process, the goals, and the major initiatives that were included in that budget, so that you gain a better understanding of how CCIAOR is implementing our strategic plan.
